Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degrees in Engineering/Manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or production operations, with setup, troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year in supervision or leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build skills through an eight to ten month structured training program in supervising production and managing daily processes.
• Assist plant management with staff supervision, production planning, and equipment management.
• Apply statistical process methods and basic quality tools to optimize production and ensure safe operations.
• Oversee labor contracts and foster positive workplace relations across multiple locations.
