Job summary

FilterEasy LLC, a leading maker and distributor of air and water filtration products, is seeking a skilled technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex production equipment. The role focuses on monitoring equipment performance, safety, and effectiveness according to standard procedures.

You will log modifications in the CMMS, troubleshoot issues, and execute both preventive and unscheduled maintenance while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of production maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Create, update, and complete work orders in the CMMS.
  • Communicate clear instructions to machine operators and other personnel.
  • Report daily results and issues verbally and through written reports.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production equipment issues.
  • Maintain equipment preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Understand and use the SCADA system to ensure equipment functions at expected levels.
  • Inspects and maintains all equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Execute any other assigned duties promptly and effectively.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will monitor equipment performance, safety, and effectiveness according to standard procedures. Responsibilities include conducting equipment failure analysis, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, and completing both preventive and unscheduled maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will log equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system while adhering to all safety protocols.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Create, update, and complete work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Communicate clear instructions to machine operators and other personnel
  • Report daily results and issues verbally and through written reports
  • Identify and troubleshoot production equipment issues
  • Maintain equipment preventive maintenance schedule

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of production maintenance experience
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a workstation
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
