We're looking for talented and driven individuals who share our passion for sustainability and our commitment to excellence. Together, we can make sustainability a reality for more people.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading daily maintenance operations across the facility, with a focus on safety, equipment reliability, and technician development. This role oversees a team of 10+ technicians and provides off‑shift support as needed to ensure production continuity. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical systems, experience working within a TPM structure, and the ability to drive performance through hands‑on leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct daily activities of maintenance technicians, prioritizing safety, work quality, and responsiveness.
  • Assign and oversee work orders, ensuring timely execution of PMs, corrective repairs, and emergency response tasks.
  • Support TPM initiatives, working with operations and engineering to identify and reduce recurring issues.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment operating under low and high voltage conditions.
  • Validate completed work orders for accuracy and completeness; coach technicians on documentation standards.
  • Conduct safety audits and enforce all OSHA and internal safety procedures, including full compliance with LOTO.
  • Assist with skills development, on‑the‑job training, and performance feedback for the technician team.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and facilities teams to plan maintenance work with minimal impact to operations.
  • Provide input on spare parts, tool needs, and reliability improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for contractor support, equipment vendors, and service providers as needed.
  • Be available for off‑shift or weekend support based on plant needs or technician escalations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or lead technician role.
  • Hands‑on experience with low voltage (24VDC, 120VAC), high voltage (208/277/480VAC), and control voltage systems.
  • Solid understanding of OSHA‑compliant safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine safeguarding.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of EAM/CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP/EAM) for managing work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and tracking maintenance history.
  • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) structure and principles, including PM/AM support and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support a team of 10+ maintenance technicians, including availability for off‑shift support.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate degree or trade certification in industrial maintenance or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin)
  • Experience with PLC and HMI diagnostics (Siemens or Allen Bradley)
  • Prior experience in startup, ramp‑up, or transition from construction to production.
  • Comfortable managing vendor and contractor interactions for maintenance‑related tasks.
