Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a production line mechanic to perform maintenance on line equipment and ensure product quality. You will inspect, repair, and replace mechanical parts, following manuals and schematics to keep the line running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to lockout/tagout procedures, and strong troubleshooting skills. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years' maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, schematics, charts.

Responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions and safety policies, including PPE usage.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair mechanical components and replace parts on machines.
• Identify causes of problems by listening to equipment in operation.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts; maintain housekeeping.
• Execute work orders to improve safety, uptime, quality, and efficiency.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures.
