Job summary

Aerotek in Appleton, WI is seeking a Machine Operator/Utility Worker to support manufacturing by blending materials, operating production machinery, and managing inventory. The role includes quality control testing, safety adherence, and basic upkeep of the production area.

You will assist with assembly, packaging, and shipping/receiving tasks, and provide press-side technical support to ensure steady production flow.

Qualifications

• Operates production machinery safely and reliably.
• Performs quality control tests with attention to detail.
• Handles inventory tracking and stock organization.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Blend materials according to specs and procedures.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust production machinery.
• Move materials using sit-down forklifts.
• Assist with assembly and packaging for shipment.
• Support shipping/receiving operations and verify shipments.
• Complete monthly production, quality, and inventory reports.
