Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment, including carton erectors, tape machines, box printers, conveyors, and related machinery.
• Assist with line changeovers and preparation for upcoming production runs.
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals and schedules.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and address issues as they arise.
• Complete all required production and quality documentation.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, and food safety guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize equipment after each production run to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Support overtime and flexible scheduling as needed to meet customer demand.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting, and squatting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our production operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support the setup, operation, and cleaning of production lines while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and consistency directly impact the quality of the products we deliver to customers.

Production Operations

Set up and operate production equipment, including carton erectors, tape machines, box printers, conveyors, and related machinery

Assist with line changeovers and preparation for upcoming production runs

Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals and schedules

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Monitor product quality throughout the production process and address issues as they arise
