Kraft Heinz in Garland, Texas, is seeking individuals for an hourly manufacturing position. The individual will support production operations and operate machinery while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Essential duties include managing equipment for manufacturing Lunchables, maintaining a clean workspace, and achieving cost and quality objectives. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift weights and work in a cold environment. Medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits are provided.
Under direction of the supervisor, this person will perform various miscellaneous job tasks within the department. In cooperation with the line crew, the position supports departmental production operations and has the responsibility and authority to achieve cost, quality, safety, morale, and service objectives.
Hourly manufacturing position.
Shift: 3rd, Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.
Starting wage: $21.26 + $1.00 shift differential.
Other duties, including those not specifically related to the Primary Packaging positions, may be assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; and present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rates, ratios, and percent; and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Regularly required to stand, talk, and hear; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift and/or move up to 10 lb, frequently up to 25 lb, and occasionally up to 100 lb. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment is cold (38–42 °F). Employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet or humid conditions, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level is usually loud.
