Blue Bucket Group LLC Elizabeth, NJ #122 - ELIZ is hiring a Production Lineworker to process donated merchandise in the production room and prepare items for the retail floor. The role requires cross-training across production, front end, sales floor and loading dock duties, with duties rotating as needed.

The position is full-time (40+ hours weekly) with benefits after 90 days. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must work 40+ hours weekly as a full-time position.
• Must have two valid forms of ID (State ID, Passport, SSN card, birth cert, etc.).
• This is an in-person role with no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Process donated merchandise in the production room to be sold on the retail floor.
• Assist with cleaning, sorting, hanging and stocking merchandise for the sales floor.
• Be cross-trained to support the Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor during shifts.
