Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking temporary line workers for a poultry facility in Kentucky. Shifts run Mon-Fri with potential overtime on Saturdays; pay is $19.10–$19.60 per hour and weekly pay is provided.

Duties include separating and sorting chicken parts on a conveyor, packing portions, staging boxes, and keeping the area clean. Physical tasks include bending, lifting up to 32 lbs, and standing for long periods. Medical, dental, vision benefits await along with retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently bend, lift and twist.

Responsibilities

• Separate and sort chicken parts on conveyor belt.
• Remove un-battered or seconds pieces and pack them as specified.
• Prepare boxes for packers by staging boxes, bags and labels ahead.
• Pack individual pieces in portion packs according to specifications.
• Assist in changing packing area from bulk to portion pack.
• Keep work area clean.

Mon-Fri 1:28 PM – 9:58 PM w/potential overtime on Sat

Pay:

$19.10-19.60/hr

Job Duties of the Temporary Line Workers:

• Separate and sort chicken parts on conveyor belt.
• Remove un-battered or seconds pieces from line and pack them as specified.
• Prepare boxes for packers by staging boxes, bags and labels ahead.
• Pack individual pieces in portion packs according to specifications.
• Assist in changing packing area from bulk to portion pack.
• Keep work area clean.
• Job requires frequent repetitive bending, lifting and twisting throughout the work shift.
• Assist in sanitizing area, as required.
