Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking a Production Line Worker in Delavan, Wisconsin. You will join a fast-paced manufacturing team, performing hands-on material processing, quality checks, and zone cleanups while adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, teamwork, clear communication, and a willingness to learn. The role supports 5S practices and a strong safety culture in a permanent, full-time setting.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials on a production line (standing for extended periods).
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
