Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Production Line Worker in Delavan, WI to join our fast-paced operations. You will sort and process materials on a production line, perform checks on optical sorters, and keep work zones clean while following safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, team collaboration, and attention to detail, with the ability to learn new tasks and physically handle bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials on a production line (may require standing for extended periods).
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
