Job summary

Goodier Cosmetics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Production Line Technician to support daily manufacturing operations on the production floor. You will operate production lines, assist with basic machine maintenance, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all shifts.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of industry-specific equipment and hand tools.

Willingness to learn production equipment operations and maintenance.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and monitor line performance.
Participate in basic equipment setup, line adjustments, and changeovers.
Collaborate with Maintenance to support daily production and preventive maintenance.
Assist with troubleshooting and maintenace during equipment repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance and production records.
Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met across shifts.
