Job summary

Sibelco in Delavan, Wisconsin, seeks a Production Line Worker for our hands-on manufacturing team. You will sort and process materials on a fast-paced line, perform routine checks on optical sorters, and keep conveyors and floors clean and safe.

The right candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused, with good communication and a willingness to learn. Physical stamina to bend, lift, climb, and perform repetitive tasks is required; PPE is provided.

• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
