Placements24 is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee a key production line at our client’s East London facility. You will lead a team of production operators, manage daily operations, and drive improvements to meet targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of MES or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Line Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health and safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MES or similar production tracking tools.
• A technical qualification or relevant experience is highly valued.
