Job summary

VPI is seeking an entry-level production worker in Appleton, Wisconsin to join a fast-paced, flexible production operation. You will count and insert products, perform packaging tasks, and report issues to the supervisor on duty while working with the team to meet quotas and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other duties as required. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a positive attitude in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Count and insert products on the line.
• Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping on the production line.
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and production floor.
• Performs other duties as required.
