Marvin Composites, located in Fargo, ND, is hiring a Line Operator for our extrusion manufacturing facility. You will oversee the production process, manage materials, and prepare finished goods for shipment on the night shift. We offer competitive pay of $20.75 per hour with $2.00 shift premium on 2nd shift and $3.00 shift premium on 3rd shift, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications.
• General computer proficiency for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks.
• Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations.
• Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace.
• Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders.
• Operate a forklift as needed to move materials and finished goods.
• Identify and resolve production issues to keep lines running.

In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay: $20.75 / hr.

• $2.00/hr. 2nd shift premium
• $3.00/hr. 3rd shift premium

• Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks

• Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• High school degree or GED
• Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
• General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reportingF
• Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification

Also want to make sure you have

• Capability to stand/work for a 8-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
• Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
