Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking a Line Operator for the night shift to oversee manufacturing, manage raw materials, and prepare finished goods for shipment. You will join a facility focused on quality and efficiency in a fiberglass components environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong reading of specifications, and basic computer skills. Forklift certification is preferred or obtainable, with an emphasis on safe handling and teamwork.

Job Overview

Enjoy hands-on work and creating quality products? Join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility with our night shift teams.

In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay: $20.75 / hr.

• $2.00/hr. 2nd shift premium
• $3.00/hr. 3rd shift premium

Also want to make sure you have

• Capability to stand/work for a 8-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
• Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
