Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including morning, evening, weekends and/or Holidays.
• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product and focus on quality control to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Observe, monitor, and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularities.
• Perform all aspects of the job in a safe manner and observe safety regulations.
• Complete equipment pre-shift and post-shift reports.
• Report equipment problems to management/maintenance.
• Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping of production machinery and area.
• Start up, operate, and shut down production line and all equipment in your area.
• Look for opportunities to improve current operations.
• Able to perform job requirements with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Energetic and personable demeanor, self-motivated.
• Flexible and dedicated to doing what it takes to get the job done.
• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; other duties as assigned by management
• Training in various entry-level production positions to fill in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands.
