Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking Production Line Operators to join our team in Marion, IL. The role supports continuous beverage production, ensuring machines run smoothly, quality standards are met, and the work area stays clean and safe.

Days are Monday through Friday with day or night shifts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, prior manufacturing exposure, and a commitment to safety and SOPs. We offer health insurance, vacation, HSA, and a 401(k) match.

• Previous experience in manufacturing/production is preferred.

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking Production Line Operators to join our team.

Position Overview:

Days: M-F - 9AM-5:30PM

Nights: M-F - 5:30PM-2AM

As a Production Line Operator, you will be an essential part of our production process, ensuring machinery runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and the work environment remains clean and safe. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
