Job summary

Texas Native in Hutto, TX is seeking a Production Line Operator to join the Autoline team. The role focuses on general clean-up duties, safe materials handling, and adherence to SOPs in a night shift production area.

The candidate should be able to perform physical tasks, lift up to 70 lbs, pass a drug screen, and work ~60 hours weekly with overtime. Forklift/Spyder experience is a plus and bilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work +/- 60 hours per week to include Saturdays with overtime.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and walk for short periods.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather and dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clean-up duties within the autoline production area.
• Sweep mulch and soil debris around production lines and within the building.
• Safely transport debris to proper trash receptacles using wheelbarrow or hopper.
• Assist in repairing broken pallets (hammer & nail).
• Report all accidents and injuries, follow SOPs, wear safety gear at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

This position reports to the Autoline Supervisor and is responsible for general clean-up duties within Autoline production. The ideal candidate will perform tasks safely and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude with coworkers and customers.**Key Responsibilites:*** Perform general clean-up duties within the autoline production area.
