Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide upkeep and support for continuous line production at our Springfield, MO facility. You will operate and maintain production equipment, perform repairs, and monitor system performance to prevent downtime.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, the ability to read and write in the local language, and a valid forklift license. This is a full-time, on-site role with safety and quality at its core.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform daily equipment maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and complete scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Perform repairs on production equipment as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify issues.
• Analyze problems and implement solutions to meet plant needs.
• No supervisory responsibilities for this role.
