Job summary

LKQ Corporation is hiring a Production Tech to help meet quality standards and deadlines. You will operate production equipment, assemble parts, monitor machinery, and follow safety procedures in an environment with potential hazards.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and 1+ years of warehouse or production experience, strong teamwork, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift and move heavy loads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in production, warehouse, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of safety rules and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment as directed.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse machinery.
• Assemble machinery parts and ensure correct fit.
• Store products and materials securely.
• Meet deadlines of production tasks during shift.
• Report defective products or machinery promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and report deficiencies.
• Keep the work area clean to prevent hazards.
• Follow manufacturing manuals for build processes.
• Ensure shipping procedures are timely.
