Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English required; Spanish a plus.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Line Lead or similar role in manufacturing.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a production line team.
• Monitor production performance, quality, and safety.
• Set up lines and ensure proper operation throughout the shift.
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with maintenance when needed.
• Track production metrics such as output, waste, and downtime.
• Train and support employees, including cross-training team members.
• Identify and help improve workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies.
