Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Production Line Feeder for our Irwindale, CA facility. The role supports the Bistro line by allocating raw and finished inventory and ensuring a continuous supply of product to the line.

The position involves working in a refrigerated environment and handling 300–1500 lb of corrugate with forklifts. Key duties include inventory allocation, line readiness, and adherence to GMP, SQF, HACCP, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math understood.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to be cross trained and multitask across positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Confirm incoming product is allocated to the correct Bistro line for traceability.
• Move and transport up to 1500 lb of corrugate with forklifts.
• Allocate inventory to production work orders using DSI Scanner functions.
• Maintain assembly belt components and restock as needed.
• Monitor yield standards and product quality (size, color, defects).
• Perform repetitive motions including bending and lifting.
• Comply with SQF and USDA regulatory programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Production Line Feeder position requires work exposure in multiple areas in our refrigerated production environment. Specifically, this role is responsible for the allocation of inventory for raw and finished product, in addition to the continuous supply of product/ materials to the Bistro line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with and maintain all GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Confirms product coming into room is going to the correct Bistro line (accuracy is vital to traceability)
• Ability to move 300 lbs-1500 lbs corrugate using forklifts; Runs product from clean kitchen to the line
• Understand DSI Scanner Functions to allocate inventory to various production work orders
• Understand yield standards
• Responsible for maintaining components on the assembly belt by facilitating product from the kitchen to the bowl line
• Keeps up with inventory on the assembly line and restocks when product is low
• Visually check (defect, FO’s, size, color, quality)
• Repetitive motions including bending and lifting
• Comply with SQF Regulatory Programs (USDA)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast- paced, 24 hour plant environment
• Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension of basic math.
• Ability to work independently and in team environment
• Ability to be cross trained and multitask in multiple positions.
• GED/High School Diploma Preferred
• Perform other duties as assigned
