ColorCoat, Inc. in Milton, PA is seeking Production Team members for 1st (5:30 AM–1:30 PM) and 2nd shifts (12:00 PM–8:30 PM). This full-time role offers benefits, PTO, and opportunities to advance as you learn new areas of production.

We value dependable, eager-to-learn team players who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior production experience helps, but a strong work ethic matters most. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $22.50 per hour based on skill and experience.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble window and door units for production.
• Lift and stage units on production carts.
• Label components with IDs and colors.
• Prepare frames for painting and masking.
• Inspect surfaces and remove silicone or similar material.
• Use compressed air to clean surfaces.
• Identify and report defects to Floor Lead.
• Package finished units according to customer requirements.
