Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Production Manager for Structures Fabrication and Machining. In this role, you will lead a talented team dedicated to producing large structure assemblies for the Terran R vehicle. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and carries a relentless focus on production excellence.

You will oversee the work of multiple supervisors, ensuring safety and quality metrics are upheld while transitioning the team from a low-volume to a high-volume production paradigm. Relativity Space offers a competitive salary and many benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or operations role, preferably Aerospace, automotive or similar.
• 3+ years of experience formally leading or managing a Production team.
• Extensive experience developing scalable business processes.

• Ensure a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
