Arvato is seeking a Production Manager to lead a multi-shift operation of 100+ employees, driving planning, productivity, and quality. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and adaptability to new technical domains, including data center rack space operations if needed.

Relocation assistance is provided for non-local candidates. The ideal candidate will have proven large-team leadership and a track record in lean/m Six Sigma-like methodologies within production or technical services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large groups (100+ employees) in production/manufacturing/technical services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in process improvement, productivity optimization, and quality management.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or similar is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical domains and environments.
• Willingness to learn data center rack space operations and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple shifts for 100+ employees.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure quality standards and monitor output improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing team including supervisors.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and technical teams.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and company standards compliance.
• Lead change management and implement best practices across shifts.
