Ranew's Companies in Olathe, KS is seeking a Production Lead to manage a production team and drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets on the 1st shift. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Starting hourly pay ranges from $21 to $28, with pay based on experience, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, paid holidays and a performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
• Coach and support employees.
• Monitor housekeeping and correct safety issues.
• Ensure compliance to environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare and adhere to department budget.
• Enforce policies and procedures and apply disciplinary action as needed.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records taking corrective action when necessary.
• Coordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needs.
• Responsible for inventory analysis.
• Order and purchase necessary equipment or materials for assembly or production.
