Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with panel fabrication and press operation.
• Knowledge of adhesives and prepregs helpful.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience interpreting blue print work instructions.
• Understanding of MRP systems (SAP).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to lift/pull 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are safe and safety equipment works properly.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and notify Maintenance.
• Lead crews and ensure labor/materials are logged in SAP.
• Motivate crew to meet labor targets and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Prepare area and materials for next shift to ensure continuity.
• Walk the shop floor to assist staff and meet production schedules.
