• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and ensuring your team works in a positive and protected environment.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle change like a pro.

• Monitor key metrics, share results with senior management, and always be on the lookout for ways to improve.
• Use lean manufacturing principles to drive process enhancements and reduce waste.
