Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Production Lead II to coordinate and monitor activities across multiple production lines at our Alaska facilities. You will oversee training, quality, productivity and sanitation while ensuring safe operation of equipment and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities include supervising Lead I staff, maintaining workflow records, and collaborating with maintenance to address equipment issues.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
HS Diploma or equivalent required; additional licenses may be preferred.
May require driver license, crane operator license, CDL, lift truck operator license.
Stand exposed to production environments; adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervises more than one production line and oversees training, quality, productivity and sanitation.
Ensures proper use of protective gear and safe operation of machinery.
Monitors material flow and expedit es production when needed; reports issues to supervisors.
Trains workers in equipment operation, processing and safety procedures.
Maintains production records and supports maintenance with equipment notices.
