Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Lead for the Rental Division in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will help supervisors ensure productivity, quality, and department goals are met, and coordinate work in a defined production area to achieve targets.

You will support shift operations, uphold safety standards, and actively communicate with team members to keep momentum and accuracy across tasks.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to attendance policy.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
