We are Dover Precision Components, #LifeAtDPC**Shift:** Fri, Sat, Sun, 5am - 5:30pm, with 4 hours of non-work paid per week. **Summary:**The Production Lead is responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are being followed, identifying and removing safety hazards, as well as ensuring the flow of product through the shop to meet customer demands. The Production Lead is responsible for assisting in scheduling, job assignments, process improvement, and supervision (excluding disciplinary procedures).**Responsibilities:*** Participate in all plant safety initiatives, report potentially unsafe conditions, and abide by corporate and local policies.* Actively engage in lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
