Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing production experience with lead/supervisory roles.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and CI methodologies.
• Experience training and mentoring production team members.
• Proficient with MES and production management software.
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving under pressure.
