• Work with Production Staff on various AVL projects and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate production vision and direction to volunteers and leaders.
• Recruit, develop, train, and pastor volunteer team members.
• Participate in Programming Meetings to plan technical aspects of service.
• Lead Production meetings with Production and Worship teams.
• Ensure effective rehearsals and dress rehearsals.
• Direct Production team during services according to planned schedule.
• Steward production budget under oversight of the Production Director.

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time | 40 Hours/Week

REPORTS TO: Resourcing Production Director

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create an environment of worship with audio, video, and lighting for weekly services and special events in all environments at the assigned campus.
• Work with Production Staff to resource all Campuses with various AVL projects (equipment maintenance, stage redesigns, equipment troubleshooting, etc.)
• Communicate the vision and direction of production to volunteers and leaders in alignment with Bayside’s vision.
• Recruit, develop, train, and pastor volunteer team members responsible for producing the highest quality production for all campus environments. Regularly meet with volunteers to cultivate relationships, provide spiritual accountability, and build leaders.
• Participate in weekly Programming Meetings, working with the Campus Worship Director to plan all technical and creative aspects of service.
• Facilitate and lead Production meetings with Production and Worship teams
• Collaborate with the Campus Worship Director to ensure effective and productive rehearsals and dress rehearsals
• Direct Production team during services and ensure all technical elements of the service are executed according to the planned schedule
• Responsible for properly stewarding the allocated production budget under the oversight of the Production Director and Campus Pastors (Maintenance, new equipment, production supplies, meals & meetings, etc.)

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

• Effectively coordinate all technical aspects of the environments assigned to produce an experience of the highest possible quality.
• Ability to work effectively with Production Resourcing team to accomplish assigned tasks
• Ability to provide an environment where volunteers are recruited, well trained, cared for, and can use their gifts and talents to serve effectively.
• Ability to work with other leaders to ensure the highest quality weekly services and special events.
• Effectiveness of systems developed to produce the highest possible quality for all worship experiences.
