Job summary

Vestis® is seeking a dedicated warehouse team member at our Caspian, MI facility. You will handle merchandise in an industrial laundry setting, ensuring accuracy and safety while preparing slings and carts for the wash floor.

The role requires basic math, the ability to follow instructions, strong communication, and reliable attendance. High school diploma preferred; weekends may be included.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepares appropriate numbers of daily slings or carts/carriers for the wash floor.
• Verifies merchandise type and quantity on PUC card; segregates like items together in a sling.
• Identifies counts, and totals ruin or damaged merchandise and records on the PUC card.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
