Intermountain Electronics in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Production Laborer for the day shift. You will assemble, install, and refurbish components, operate forklifts and cranes, and assist in final assembly and warehouse tasks. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and a strong team mindset.

The position offers full-time hours with a 40-hour work week and potential overtime. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health plans, and a 401(k) with company match.

• Must be able to operate forklift effectively and safely, overhead crane, welder, cutting torch, grinder, brake press, painting equipment and various hand tools.
• Must be capable of standing and walking for an extended period of time.
• Ability to identify work priorities and function with very little supervision.
• Must be a team player and self-motivated.
• Bottom line focus on delivering value to the customers and organization.
• Able to work multiple tasks and varied job duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, install, disassemble, clean, prepare, repair, refurbish, and rebuild components related to the job.
• Provide assistance in the final assembly department by assembling racks, cable trays and installing insulation, siding, and electrical components.
• Prepare equipment to be painted by cleaning, washing used machinery using pressure washer, applying caulk, taping, masking, wiping, vacuuming, hanging on racks etc.
• Disassemble, clean, and repair equipment by removing all broken components and replace with new or refurbished parts.
• Dress and clean surfaces, re-tap holes, touch-up paint, to OEM condition
• Provides assistance in the warehouse, shipping, Point of use deliveries, kitting jobs, putting away inventory, organize and bins and shelving, join the 5S daily tasks.
• Collect and gather garbage. Organize shop floor.
• Use and operate various hand and shop tools.
• Properly care for and maintain tools in good operating condition; ensure tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each shift.

Work Schedule: Monday- Thursday 3pm- 1:30 am (core hours)

Salary: $21-$24 per hour with a $2.00 differential per hour.

Full Time: Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and additional time as required
