Job summary

GardenCore LLC is seeking a Production Laborer to provide general labor support in a manufacturing setting. The role involves stacking product, cleaning machinery, and following safety regulations while collaborating with the lead operator.

Candidate must be able to work in dusty, hot or cold conditions, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (65 lbs with team lifting). This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Must follow workplace safety procedures, including machinery lockout/tagout and PPE.
• Able to perform job tasks in dusty, hot and/or cold working conditions.
• Standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 65 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stack product as it comes off the production line.
• Clean machinery and surrounding area, keeping the space free of debris.
• Use security gear at all times and follow safety regulations.
• Work with the lead operator to prepare for shift production and learn the machinery.
• Transport trash and debris away from production areas.
• Other duties as needed.
