Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Hatchery Supervisor to oversee production, egg pickup, inventory and cost control across the hatchery. The role includes directing staff, maintaining records and ensuring safety and bio-security compliance.

The successful candidate will manage scheduling, supervise a team, and ensure production of healthy baby chicks for broiler grow-out, with attention to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
• Must have knowledge of hatchery of baby chicks.
• Previous supervisory experience a must.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize and advise when unsafe conditions are observed.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
