Willamette Graystone, part of The QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, is hiring a Production Laborer for our Springfield, OR facility. This role emphasizes forklift operation, basic hand-tool work, and strict adherence to safety procedures to ensure clean, organized work areas.

You will assist with loading/unloading materials, setting up forms in concrete product production, and supporting high-quality manufacturing in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance.
• Comfort around industrial machinery.
• Offer may be contingent upon passing a drug-screen and pre-employment testing for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift.
• Use hand tools.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.

• Handle and move production materials.
