As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learn various machine operation duties, and contribute to the production of top-quality products. Responsibilities

• Learn various machine operation duties
• Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
• Read job orders
• Machine operation, load/unload parts, wash parts, assemble parts, inspect parts, and move materials
• Perform manual production duties
• Enter data into computer systems
• Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
• Wear personal protective equipment as required
• Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
• Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
• Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties
• Assembly of component parts
