Best Block, part of The QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, has an immediate opening for a Production role at our Bridgeton, MO facility focused on concrete product manufacturing. The role involves forklift operation, using hand tools, and strict safety adherence in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Comfort around industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and move materials.
• Use hand tools as required in production.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Set up forms in the concrete production process.
• Handle and move production materials.
• Adhere to quality standards for concrete products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

About the Role:

• Forklift Operation
• Using Hand Tools
• Adhering to Safety Procedures.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
• Handling and moving production materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
• Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area

About You: We Require:

• Experience working in a Manufacturing environment a plus
• Bilingual preferred, not required
• Comfort with Lifting up to 50 Pounds
• The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• A great understanding of Safety Compliance.
• Comfort working around Industrial Machinery.
