Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center in Oklahoma is seeking motivated Production Laborers to join our mill operations. You will operate and maintain equipment, keep the facility clean, and support maintenance tasks while adhering to safety standards. This role requires physical endurance, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with varying weather.

Experience with forklifts or front-end loaders is preferred. FSMA familiarity and teamwork are valued as we strive for quality, efficiency, and safe,

Qualifications

• Walk/stand for 10 hours per day.
• Repetitively lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift, Skid Steer, Front end loader experience preferred.
• Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, extreme heat or cold.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Some weekends required in winter months.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the mill is kept clean, including the grounds surrounding the mill.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
• Assist in repair and maintenance projects with the maintenance staff and contractors, as well as fulfill Project Manager requests.
• Assist in maximizing efficiency of the mill and crew.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure quality of ingredients are of LNC standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment, following proper training of all equipment.
• Ensure company safety practices are followed, along with OSHA standards.
• Perform any other related operational processes and tasks deemed necessary by local management.
