Responsibilities:
Support production operations by accurately receiving, moving, and staging materials following standard work instructions.
Work in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and attention to detail are essential.
Monitor work-in-progress inventory and update status in automated systems to ensure part availability.
Identify and resolve minor material discrepancies using established procedures.
Assist in coordinating and expediting materials to meet production schedules and avoid delays.
Operate forklifts and handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs regularly; frequent standing, walking, and use of stairs required.
Provide general support to the production team under close to general supervision
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of related work experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, or equivalent vocational/associate-level education.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Proficient in inventory control, materials handling, and materials management practices.
Experience operating forklifts and using computer systems for inventory tracking.
Familiarity with safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a quality-first mindset.
