Vantage Pacific Solutions is seeking a Production Associate for our Charlotte, NC facility. In this full-time role, you will coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and oversee production schedules to keep operations efficient and within budget.

You will work with logistics teams, perform quality checks, and help train new staff. A high school diploma and experience in production or logistics are required; benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in production or manufacturing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the coordination and management of production activities
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards
• Prepare and maintain production schedules and reports
• Assist in the training and development of new employees
