Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking Production & Installation Specialists to create, assemble, and install sign and graphic products in a fast-paced sign shop environment. You will work in the FASTSIGNS Center with specialized equipment and collaborate with a team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, problem solving, and willingness to learn; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. Prior sign production experience is a plus but not required, and there are opportunities to grow within a family-owned network.

About The Role

Production & Installation Specialists work in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment to create, assemble, and install sign and graphic products for many different business applications. Creative work is performed within the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line sign-making equipment.

Position Responsibilities

• Operation of CNC router, large format direct print Flatbed printer, Laminator, various hand tools, drills, etc.
• Cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades, as well as applying the product to substrates.
• May be required to work in the field performing installations to vehicles and building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system.
• Careful attention to detail utilizing work orders that outline specifics for each custom order is paramount.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with problem-solving skills, who pays very close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Comprehensive training in all aspects of this position will be provided.
• Previous experience in sign production is a plus but not required.
• Willing to learn new skills through on-the-job training.
• No prior experience.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $62,400.00 per year
