Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role on our processing line in Alabama. You’ll perform cutting, packaging and inspection to meet safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and keep a clean work area in a fast-paced environment.
We value reliability and teamwork. A HS diploma is preferred; poultry or food-industry experience helps; you must be able to stand 8–11 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Base pay starts at $18/hour with a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
