Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in Colorado's Johnstown area is seeking an entry level production associate to support daily bakery line tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

This role offers day and night shifts with overtime, competitive hourly pay, and extensive on-the-job training. You will join a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork, with benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

This is an entry level factory/manufacturing role, with many opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Performs production line tasks as directed by person in charge.
Maintains cleanliness of work area(s).
Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

Performs production line tasks as directed by person in charge. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Salary Range - $20.90

90 Day Raise - $22.00/hr.

We have both day and night positions available!
Additional $2/hr 5pm-5am
Additional $2/hr on weekends

Opportunity for additional $4/hr depending on your shift

Overtime available upon request/availability

We require proficient English speaking and comprehension skills
