Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. on-site production role seeking an entry-level associate to perform routine line tasks and support daily operations on the production floor.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, following standard procedures, and supporting safety and quality programs. No formal education is required, but ability to read and record information is essential. Competitive hourly pay with additional night/weekend increases and benefits.

Bringing Home the Dough

Performs production line tasks as directed by person in charge. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

• Performs routine tasks using standard procedures and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area(s).
• Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures

Salary Range- $20.90

90 Day Increase - $22.00. Opportunity for an additional $2/hr. for nights and weekends.
