Job summary

Indium Corporation in Utica, NY is seeking a Full Time Operator to manage daily production tasks and coordinate distribution of products within the assigned area. The role emphasizes lean practices, inventory accuracy, and documentation.

The incumbent may perform manual production work as required and will support supervision by assisting with problem-solving and training of Operators. Monday–Friday shift, first shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, located at 111 Business Park Drive, Utica.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize work in the production area.

• Develop supervisory skills and train Operators.
• Provide input on Operator performance and improvements.
• Follow quality systems and advocate process improvements.
• Perform manual production tasks as needed.
• Attend trainings and handle special projects.
